Soft Tissue Massage
Soft Tissue Massage appointments include an assessment of your flexibility followed by soft tissue massage of the affected area. This is a relaxing way to increase bloodflow to the affected area, reduce pain in the short term and encourage the body's natural healing process.
Please note these sessions do not include the detailed physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, advice and exercise rehabilitation that is offerred within the Initial Consultation and Follow Up appointments.
